Would you watch part 2?
That was freaking awesome! Lemurs, Dumeril's Boa, Chameleons... Bring on part 2. That little prank on Bill was awesome, go check out the Chameleon Academy!
thanks so much Rick!
part 2 would be so cool
Very cool video, Adam! Amazing cinematography. Great information. I hope this is a successful direction for your channel. I hope to visit Madagascar one day. Rattle on!
Thanks so much Clint! What an experience! I really appreciate you giving it a watch!
Your channel is certainly evolving & Im not mad about it at all! I've appreciated that you've kept your viewers in the loop as far as the changes you're planning on making and it's been a great transition. Did not disappoint!
Awesome! Thank you! I really appreciate that!
what was your favorite species we found!? What about part II can't you wait for!?
The chameleons are cool
ALL the Chameleons!!
They were al awesome.
Lemurs!! I just love them 😍 cant imagine how it felt seeing them in the wild.
Dumerils boa...your passion for them lead me to getting my own and to see them in the wild was absolutely amazing
You've definitely hit your stride, Adam! This is gorgeous content. Your enthusiasm is infectious and your manner is perfect for this style. So looking forward to next week!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Agreed!
This was absolutely incredible!!! Such a great thing to watch during my lunch break. I cannot to see more. What a life experience.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Your cinematography is off the charts man. The best way I can describe this video is I could show this to a reptile hater/no interest in them and they’d be hooked. One of the few creators who always hook this ADHD riddled brain in every time.
Hey thank you so much for the kind words!
That moment at 6:15 when he was talking about how special it is to see lemurs and that one lemur jumped on the roof made my day😂
"Difficult to believe; extraordinary..." in case you were wondering, that is the definition of the word incredible. Nicely done dude! Wish I was with you guys!
Thanks so much for watching! This one was a wild ride!
That was so cool. Madagascar is gorgeous! Someone should remind that Dumerils Boa they they are 'ground' boas. They had no business being up in that tree!
Hahaha, he was trying to get away from his own poop smell!
11:52 "it is foggy, and we're lookin' for froggies" normally i would ask how many takes this took, but knowing Adam, it came from within 🤣
"Joust the boas" "fixed-eyed snake" 😭 sometimes I find it tough to focus on these types of videos but you're killin' it man
hahaha thanks for watching this one!
Elizabeth Keefner here... Such a beautiful and cinematic video. Can't wait to see what comes next!
thank you so much!
Awesome video my man! What an incredible experience! I still can't believe the amount of species we saw and interacted with! Looking forward to the next episode!
Owww! What a fabulous opportunity! Excellent filming... you can almost smell the green, the damp heat and the sweaty Canadian guys. Beautiful, beautiful animals. Thanks for taking us along, Adam. Looks amazing!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Bro this video is absolutely amazing. The film quality, the diversification of animals, the education etc. Absolutely knocked it out of the park man! Such a once in a lifetime experience! 🎉🎉
aaaaa! he mentioned jack hanna and the kratt brothers! i worked at the columbus zoo for several years, and watched wild kratts all the time, growing up!!
I love those dudes!
@@WickensWickedReptiles same!
My oldest son is about your age. He was also a Kratt brothers fan. As soon as you showed the ring-tailed lemur I said it's Zaboomafoo. Then when you also said it I was tickled pink. It's a small world. The Kratt brothers now the voices of cartoons on PBS but are still passing on their love of animals to my youngest son who is Autistic.
I still love the Kratts
You are the best RUclipsr ever wicked wickens reptile have a awesome day have a absolute wonderful day great work wicked wickens reptile
Thanks! You too!
Fantastic video my dude! So much fun getting to go on these ambitious journeys with some of my closest friends!
Most definitely! Such a fun ride
Perfect balance of incredible shots, documentary voiceover and humor. P.s. Zaboomafoo is the greatest
Glad you enjoyed it!
I literally yelled "Yes!" when you mentioned the Kratts Brothers. I loved Kratts' Creatures when I was little. Zoboomafoo not as much but it did grow on me and I still watched it all the time. And as soon as you said Madagascar that's the first thing I thought of.
As someone who has been wanting a dumerils boa for the last month bc of ur channel it is so cool that u got to find one in the wild
It was a dream come true
The saddest documentary I’ve seen on Madagascar is with Sir David Attenborough when he shows the landscape in the 1950’s when he first went against the landscape in the present and the destruction is unbelievable, such a beautiful diverse country so many species
The deforestation is absolutely insane and so sad
Love it love it!! Love how Bill couldn't stop laughing when you got going 😂
my favorite part of the trip was making Bill double over laughing
Great video! Loved the relaxed behind the scenes feel to it.
Looking forward to next video.
Awesome, thank you!
I came for the Kratt’s Creatures/Zoboomafoo reference, and I was not disappointed 💕
glad you enjoyed!
4:50 massively dropped the ball on the opportunity to say “until we’re blue in the legs“
Foggy looking for froggies. Best part of my day n I've been up for 12 hours so far. Thanks dude.
thanks so much for watching!
Madagascar is one of the places I've always wanted to visit!! Thanks for doing it for me!!
Our pleasure!
Well now I want to go around Madagascar and hang out with super cool critters.
it was a cool time
Really enjoyed this part 1 of Madagascar!!! Beautiful shots of the mountains and scenery! Awesome to see the animals you came across out there and learn about them!! Looking forward to Part 2!
Thank you very much!
Other than maybe Australia, I think Madagascar might be might favorite reptile biome on earth. So many awesome species found no where else!
It’s an insane place!
haven't even finished the dumerils segment and this is really helping me so much, I see these pics of some thicc dumerils boas in captivity, and often start worrying that mine are underweight, or not getting fed enough to reach their full potential size. I want mine to grow as large as possible, without being overweight. Also sometimes I'll see mine behaving in a way that makes me worry something is wrong with my husbandry and they're looking for a way to escape, but it looks like its just this natural arboreal behavior you're observing here in the wild. This dumeril's keeper with chronic anxiety thanks you for your service.
I had no idea Madagascar was so incredibly beautiful!!! thanks for the great video showcasing this gorgeous Country! I really hope they can preserve their wildlife.
I can't believe you got to see lemurs in the wild!! That was the one animal at our zoo that I handed off my camera to someone so I could get a pic with it. Soooooo cute. 😍 It looks like y'all had quite an experience. Thanks for taking us along.
wait til you see them climbing all over us in the next video
I came back to say I commented before seeing the sneak peak. 😲😲😲 I'm so jealous!!
Finding out the different regions that dumerils boas live in has really made me want to change up my cage to be more naturalistic. Amazing video Adam!
I'm glad you got something out of it!
Just to clarify something that you said...the more pink/peachy colors were found in what type of regions? I wanna make my next enclosure as close to natural as possible and intend to make it a 6x2x2 but want the background and hardscape to match up to the region.
Shout out to Clint’s Reptiles for sharing this video. My #1 and 2 fav reptile RUclipsrs.
This is next level. These are some incredible species and the drone footage adds a really nice touch. Have a good rest of your trip, can't wait to see what else you find!
Many thanks!
The footage you get always blows me away. Your videos teach me a lot but also are just beautiful to watch. Kudos and I’m glad you get to have these adventures!
thanks so much!
The Madagascan Ground Boa looks quite similar to the Dumerils, both very beautiful. Sanzinia tho are really the creme de la creme of Old World boas for me. One day I hope to keep one, tho I don't have the money or room with my other boas and BPs. Awesome vid man, these are a blast to see!
That lemur shot me right back to childhood tv 🥰 Dope video Adam!
thanks so much!
Wicked video Adam!!! I can’t wait to see what else you filmed while you were in Madagascar.
Coming soon!
Surprised lesser Chams aren't in the pet trade ... gorgeous chams!
They sure are!
Carpet Chameleons are the best- right there with ya, Adam. Great video!
Yay Kratt brothers! Wasn’t the biggest fan of _Zoboomafo,_ but definitely _Kratt’s Creatures_
my fav!
Madagascar’s animals are so awesome. You out did yourself on this one man. Can’t wait to see more!
thank you so much, I really appreciate it!
@@WickensWickedReptiles you earn it with every video. It’s clear you work hard on your content man.
That’s what I call amazing content. Definitely my favourite video you have made so far.
Wow, thanks
Love this video. Absolutely stunning cinematography, and I loved the humor bits.
Thanks so much!
I think it would be such a cool series for you to travel around the world as a reptile enthusiast -- it's the best of both worlds & a really specific niche which you can absolutely dominate
finally getting a chance to catch up on the Madagascar videos. This was absolutely incredible to watch bro!! Idk which species I loved the most but the color on the gravid lesser chameleon and the carpet chameleon is mind blowing. Also the ring tail lemurs 😍😍
Glad you enjoyed
This reminds me of videos I'd watch it school, love this
Thanks so much for watching
I can't believe chameleons have fixed eyes and venom! Amazing!
This was such an epic trip! Great vid! Looking forward to the next one!
Beautiful video! I've seen some lemur encounter snippets on your Instagram but I can't wait for more footage. :)
it was a wild ride!
Carpet chameleons are freaking amazing.
😍😍😍
sure are!
No idea who you are, but I’m loving the lemurs.
stay tuned for more, Aye Ayes too
Omg, i loved this! Looking forward to the next one.
I have seen Bill Strang collab on so many channels. He is such a great guy, I am so surprised his channel "Chameleon Academy" doe s not have more subs.
Chameleon Academy defiantly deserves more subs.
Bill Strand also had a Podcast and it's strangely called Chameleon Academy Podcast".
Bill is the man!
Sat here with my chameleons like 🥺
That was Awesome can't wait for part 2 just luved it.
Absolutely best video yet!! I can't wait for part 2!
It’s been a while since I’ve reached the end of someone’s video and absolutely can’t wait for the next one. Your videos are amazing, Adam. Well done!🦎❤️🦎

Man I love your videos, so glad you made this trip
Absolutely amazing job adam!
awesome video! I am looking forward to part 2!
Absolute game changer Adam! Outstanding video
What an incredible experience! I’m so jealous. The biggest thing that holds me back from going I’d how crazy long plane ride is. I live in Utah. About 30 mins from Clint actually, although he and I haven’t met.
it sure is a lot of flying
I’m subbed to everyone in the group. What an amazing trip for the people and animals! Loving all the videos from everyone!!! Can’t wait for the rest!!!
That was amazing! Madagascar is such an incredible place! Looking forward to the second video. btw I loved the Kratt brothers reference :)
The quality of the vid production is amazing wow
It def portrays how beautiful and meaningful trip this has been for you
When I watched you encounter the dumeril’s boa in situ, it just felt so complete since dumeril’s boas are your jam
I can’t wait to watch the second part of this journey
I think this might be my favorite of your videos. I didn't want it to end 🔥

That video was so awesome!! I love zoboomafoo!! It was my favorite growing up! I love all the cool animals and great footage! Thanks fors bringing us along!!
Fricken dream trip!!!! Thanks for sharing
So amazing to see the Dumeril’s in the wild! My beautiful boy has the pinks and peaches on him- interesting to see why (and where) the different colourations come from. Very sad, however, to see the widespread deforestation.
Well I asked if y'all would see if there were white neck patches found on the wild dumerils and even though you didn't discuss it you showed footage that captured the neck patch in the wild just as I had heard about! Awesome! can't wait to see Davs video, and I can't wait to see more boas!!! Thanks for taking us along on the trip!
Awesome video! What an amazing opportunity to see so many unique animals!

Safe travels! I like the way you made this video. It was honestly great. It's rare when I come across a video and think "this deserves to have half a million views". Well, brother. This is one of those rare times. Keep up the great work and I'm excited to see what's to come
I've been looking forward to these madagascar videos evee since you mentioned your tip on that live you did. I am really looking forward to seeing if you came across any Malagasy cat eyed snakes. I have one in my collection and they are honestly one of my favourite species to keep. So docile , shy but also so rewarding to keep.
Hope you enjoy it!
