    Your cinematography is off the charts man. The best way I can describe this video is I could show this to a reptile hater/no interest in them and they’d be hooked. One of the few creators who always hook this ADHD riddled brain in every time.

    My oldest son is about your age. He was also a Kratt brothers fan. As soon as you showed the ring-tailed lemur I said it's Zaboomafoo. Then when you also said it I was tickled pink. It's a small world. The Kratt brothers now the voices of cartoons on PBS but are still passing on their love of animals to my youngest son who is Autistic.

    I literally yelled "Yes!" when you mentioned the Kratts Brothers. I loved Kratts' Creatures when I was little. Zoboomafoo not as much but it did grow on me and I still watched it all the time. And as soon as you said Madagascar that's the first thing I thought of.

    The saddest documentary I’ve seen on Madagascar is with Sir David Attenborough when he shows the landscape in the 1950’s when he first went against the landscape in the present and the destruction is unbelievable, such a beautiful diverse country so many species

    haven't even finished the dumerils segment and this is really helping me so much, I see these pics of some thicc dumerils boas in captivity, and often start worrying that mine are underweight, or not getting fed enough to reach their full potential size. I want mine to grow as large as possible, without being overweight. Also sometimes I'll see mine behaving in a way that makes me worry something is wrong with my husbandry and they're looking for a way to escape, but it looks like its just this natural arboreal behavior you're observing here in the wild. This dumeril's keeper with chronic anxiety thanks you for your service.

      Just to clarify something that you said...the more pink/peachy colors were found in what type of regions? I wanna make my next enclosure as close to natural as possible and intend to make it a 6x2x2 but want the background and hardscape to match up to the region.

    The Madagascan Ground Boa looks quite similar to the Dumerils, both very beautiful. Sanzinia tho are really the creme de la creme of Old World boas for me. One day I hope to keep one, tho I don't have the money or room with my other boas and BPs. Awesome vid man, these are a blast to see!

    What an incredible experience! I’m so jealous. The biggest thing that holds me back from going I’d how crazy long plane ride is. I live in Utah. About 30 mins from Clint actually, although he and I haven’t met.

    So amazing to see the Dumeril’s in the wild! My beautiful boy has the pinks and peaches on him- interesting to see why (and where) the different colourations come from. Very sad, however, to see the widespread deforestation.

    Well I asked if y'all would see if there were white neck patches found on the wild dumerils and even though you didn't discuss it you showed footage that captured the neck patch in the wild just as I had heard about!     I've been looking forward to these madagascar videos evee since you mentioned your tip on that live you did. I am really looking forward to seeing if you came across any Malagasy cat eyed snakes. I have one in my collection and they are honestly one of my favourite species to keep. So docile , shy but also so rewarding to keep.
