After restarting a few times it automatically connected to my wifi. I hope this helps. I tried it before and it didn't work so I'm not sure exactly why it worked this time

If it’s just disappeared while you were trying to reset then you need to reflash the os it will come back if it’s gone without any changes then possibly hardware is busted

No good for me there is no longer an option for Wifi. Bluetooth, Thunderbolt bridge, Firewire and Ethernet all show but no wifi so no help to me...

Hey, the Wi-Fi option isn't being showed in the drop down menu of interface, you know some way out?
Try to restore os using Ethernet cable / thunderbolt if usb flash does not load os
