Two things. 1. You are cc immune on the turret. Jeff ults? Use turret and shoot him. 2. Guns holstered reload automatically after 3 seconds. You can drill with the ar, then switch to shotgun to do some damage, then switch back to AR and keep blasing.
@@stinglock 100% the auto Reload let's you stay so aggressive and if you're pushing with your zips and moving around with your zip and smokes you can dish out so much damaging, had a gold 3 game where I dropped almost 60 kills and most dmg in lobby on punisher just by walking enemies down, they can't handle all the dmg he dishes out so fast
I’m a punisher main and you can use the zip in fights, you just need to right click and know where you want to place the zip beforehand before the smoke goes away
@@edwarddavis8939 The zip is also good at getting out of situations too. Used it to escape a Jeff alt. I use the zip also to get into vantage points on a map and then setup the turret. For example on Tokyo 2099 map I'll zip up onto the roofs and setup and just start blasting from above. Punisher is amazing if you think about map placement.
Dang, I feel a lot better about my Punisher skills now. I just never get to flex them because I am someone who switches to what the team needs over what I want to play. 😅
i feel like anyone that has played punisher wishes they would buff the speed of the weapon switch, or even allow you to start it immediately after smoking. the swap is supposed to allow for versatility, yet with the large time it’s almost never viable to swap as a reaction only as a prediction.
I think he needs that and an increase on the pellet spread with his shotgun, it's really inconsistent at times, especially against iron fist and other dive DPS
@ i believe it’s meant to be inconsistent. if the shotgun had less spread then people would start using it as the primary damage over the rifle, and it would absolutely destroy frontlines. especially considering the rocket infinite ammo, accurate shotgun would force them to nerf it.
@chokonnit7337 then maybe an increase in the pushback with the smoke grenade. Because honestly it feels like a gun designed to deal with dives but it just ends up feeling useless and from a gameplay perspective feels really bad

Brother doesn't know that ziplining backwards is almost twice as fast. That means you come out of the spawn and do the zipline so that you can come out of the spawn much faster when you die.

If you’re on defense, when you first get to the point after the game starts, right outside the room where the panther statue thing is there’s a big potted plant and you can place the turret on top of there which gives you good coverage of main approach, flank approach and top approach. If you’re on offense, top approach gives you fantastic coverage of the objective site.
If u run out of ammo on one of ur guns if u switch guns and wait a second or two it’ll reload the gun that’s not being used. Also his turret makes u invulnerable to a lot of different things I mostly use it when I hear Jeff using his ultimate.
I just discovered some tech for his zipline that's game changing and I'm taking full credit for this discovery. The start of his zipline is always a standing post so it can be placed freely in the open. When you then take the zipline going backwards yoy fly off the end of it at full speed and can gain twice or even three times the distance of the length of it. So instead of placing one right out of the spawn gate, walk a bit the first time and turn around to face your own spawn door and place it going backwards towards your spawn so that every time you use it after, the end won't be obstructed and you'll keep the full momentum off the end of it. Try it in practice mode, you'll thank me.
I seen in another video punishers ar is actually explosive rounds if you ain’t between enemies that are close together the explosive ammo hits both enemies it’s just weaker hitting multiple enemies Ok actually it’s his turret that has explosive ammo
I feel like you kept your ult too many times in the bag for the "big fight" instead of popping it right when you got it. Especially when that hulk dived you, popping the chain guns in his face would have won you the duel and the thor was next.
Smoke grenade is useless to me. Any type of escaping ability would have been better than the grenade. Im low elo. In high elo they say this character is bad..
It can be for escaping. What it’s strong for though is blinding your opponent, you use your passive to see through the smoke and beam them. But yeah it’s mediocre for escaping. The zip line is better for that you just have to plan your escape beforehand. Like where you’ll zip if you get dove. Works for me
If you think the AR is hitscan then you arent using him at max range lmfao. Its definitely not hitscan, there is travel time Tbh that is such bad advice i had to leave a dislike. Fix it and ill rescind, punisher is just NOT hitscan
He is hitscan, before the update yesterday he had massive spread dif at long range so it didn't feel hitscan at a distance But they've buffed the spread now, it is 100% hitscan

My favourite tech to use it putting the turret on the moving payload and becoming an armoured car lolol

Definitely the most versatile duelist in the game. When you run into good rocket players, add them, they make you so much stronger.

@ fatcs I use to b a pathfinder main on apex, So mid fight I like to zip line bounce on a horizontal zip in this game
