Mam i have one doubt .in tamil nadu have rules like women married before 1989 can't able get share in Ancestral property.so through this supreme court judgement those who married before 1989 also can get share in Ancestral property mam.

Sure, they can file a case and prove the fraudulent behaviour of the brother and cancel the fraudulent registration.
