You are right somehow. I have seen that in the recent years Poland and France hold the reins of the most victories in the contest. Though I think that in the regulations of the contest, there is no statement that prevents one country for winning multiple times. The only regulation is just for the winning country not to host the upcoming context. It might sound dull, but as long as there is a winner, whatever the winner is actually, even if it is the same country winning for many executive years, the contest will proceed just with no prevention. That's the reality. ❤
The case is that they need to bring back old televoting system when countries weren’t able to vote for themselves! This is the only right way!! Why do you think france won in 2022? Almost everyone had lisandro bottom 5 but he won first thanks to the juries but if there wasn’t online voting where they can vote for themselves France wouldn’t be able to vote for him, and then you know what the real points would be for him, he wouldn’t win!!! It will be so bad if they continue this system! We will never get fair winners! And the only countries that have big population will be able to win, not others! I’m from Georgia and i feel really sorry because no matter how good song we send we will never get enough points from online voting to win anymore!! same is with other countries who have less population!!
