Honestly, I love Grimsel Pass even better than the Stelvio Pass. When I did European delivery of my F10 M5, the Grimsel Pass was a blast. So much history. Fewer cars. Thanks for the memories! 👍
Stelvio is highly overrated as a driving experience. Did you ever do Sustenpass? A little worse from a "views" perspective, but (atleast in my opinion) an even better driving experience than Grimselpass.
Stelvio is very busy. It is nice but Grimsel, Furka are excellent.
I also recommend also Timmelsjoch. In my opinion one of the best roads in Europe.

You should think about getting the first gen R8 with a gated manual. I'm pretty sure they are cheaper than a GT4 as well.
Would have to be a V10 though since the 4.2 V8 is a very disappointing engine in every regard except sound.

The shots in the beginning were just astonishing and I'm gonna keep saying it - your cinematography (is it cinematography? idk) is absolutely on another level.
This vid was kind of a visualisation of my dreams. Right now whenever I have a day off I wake up past noon and enjoy my coffee accompanied by some yt videos such as yours. Waking up at 3am to catch the sunrise and admire your R8 (whether it's a quattro or rwd, doesn't matter) in those toned sunrays, going up the mountains later in the morning to enjoy the 1st espresso of a day are just absolute goals. So yeah, thanks for that video, believe it or not, it actually made me so happy - yeah, watching a video made me happy. And so I'm happy for you that you got to experience that feeling. All best for you, you deserve it.

Man as soon as I saw that first scenery shot I was going to like this video, but then I saw that beautiful shot from above and the colour of that car, so I hit that like button even harder!
I really enjoy the shoot from the tailgate on the end. It reminds me an opening scene from Tarantino’s 2007 Death Proof.
Was in CH a couple of times but have never seen it like how its presented in yer vid. The Swiss Tourism Board should have you on board! Grrrreat Cinematography and clean and concise narrative. And..great looking Audi too.

Shame because they showed they can make nice paddles in the new RS6 but don't do it in the R8.
Cars with Luke exactly, the best ones so far are the ones on the first generation facelift, 2nd gen Audi went full plastic 😂 also, I dislike all the fake vents on the latest facelift.
Other than that I like the V10 R8 very much 🔥

Great intro Luke. But you could do with some drone shots with the crew driving those epic roads. Difficult if you’re filming and driving I know.
