I am an Everglader at heart now living in Southern California. Thanks to airboats and swamp buggies, I have experienced so many priceless moments in that unique treasured ecosystem. Real glad you saved this, I grew up by W.P.B. CATCHMENT AREA, an the CORBETT MNGMNT AREA an use to ride different boats, loved it, an the swamps to, but sadly those days are gone their now.
Back when West Palm ended at Military, the old feed store on Southern just west of Military, then basic nothing till Royal Palm. West Palm to Clewiston you had to take the road at 20 mile bend through to Belle Glade, bumpy as hell and right next to a canal……..real fun driving it in the middle of the night back in the 69s and 70s……….
