Congrats! To all scared moms, C-Sections are fantastic. Please don’t be scared! I was so nervous my first time but it went so well. Be prepared for the smell of burning flesh. My partner fainted from that because of the overwhelming “burnt hair” smell. Bring some essential oil on a napkin for you and them to smell during the procedure and you’ll be fine! I was walking two hours after the procedure. You’re strong! Don’t let your nerves overwhelm you from the reality that you’re designed to be this strong! 💜
