Hurray for the replayability deck ! GREAT move ! I have skipped every one of the legacy games because i hate ruining components or altering them and as soon as i heard stickers i wrote it off, but now that i know i can ignore those and play as i always have this becomes an instant buy for me !
I have been staying away from KS for many obvious reasons, but like this might bring me back in as we play so much Star Realms Base, Colonies and Frontiers....
worst part of legacy games are stickers, why would you make your games to be only playable once, then it goes to the trash, such waste.. I can only think of it as a cash grab, there is no reason to not have the replay kit be part of the core box instead of the stickers..
thank you for the positive comments Mark! We are so excited about Rise of Empire! You can follow the campaign on Kickstarter at www.tinyurl.com/srroeks it launches on Tuesday
Looks a very good and I usually like legacy game I'm just wondering if will took ages to ship like Sorcerer Endbringer... Anyway quick question during the campaign will be possible add some content of Star Realms?
we have changed our processes for Kickstarter to address these issues. This game has been in design and development for a few years. The game is fully designed and developed and we are getting the files print ready now.
I enjoyed the original SR and most of the initial expansions, but WWG has really exceeded this format beyond the breaking point. The cardpool is monstrous for what was meant to be a quick game, there have been questionable decisions about releasing older sets with foil finishes and some customer service issues. I personally don't think this game is improved by adding a legacy element, especially because there were already "mini-campaigns" in base SR. The fact that they have included a "replayability deck" is both good & bad- probably good for new players who are seeking an entry point into SR and the ability to preserve the best features of the base game; bad for those of us who already have SR, as I am doubtful that this game has all new cards and will therefore not seem sufficiently different what I currently own.
It has alt art scouts, vipers and explorers but otherwise the cards are all new. For the first time ever, we are also introducing 3 brand new factions. We’ve had many people who’ve played a ton of Star Realms playtest the new scenarios that have loved it.

WWGs have said that they are launching the Kickstarter much later in development than normal, so there should be a much shorter turnaround.
@@martind2520 Finger cross :) plus is Star Reamls not a brand new game

Hey Mr Mark, where can I buy the game?
I couldn't find it on Amazon.

@@WiseWizardGames Other than the stickers will be there some another surprises in the legacy campaign?
@@naegling They are not letting people show previews past scenario 4 of 12, so I think it's safe to say yes.
Can you fit other star realms product in the box
Needs to split market into ships+heroes and bases+tech markets, works thematically and allows more strategy and see more cards
Meh.. Legcay sucks
I will wait for the hero realms Dunguen box instead
