Well, there’s a bit more time before the Smash fans start pouring in, since odds are they don’t know the name of this song yet. Gotta say though, I never really played the vocal version of Drifting Souls that much, nor this version. I guess I forgot about the instrumental version for this song, but MAN is it good. It definitely carries that keep on keeping on vibe. I heard it in the trailer and just got a big swell of nostalgia. Also, Mòrag is in as a background character! Hopefully she gets her chance as a Mii Costume, I would absolutely love that.
As a Smash fan if I may say, may God have mercy lol. Never gave Xenoblade a chance (the combat just looks like it won't be my thing). This song wasn't hard to find though. I just typed in something about the reveal trailer song on Google and it was the first video I clicked on. It was worth tracking down though. It's really calming. When I re-watched the reveal this song started to resonate with me more and more. To the point where it was nearly an ear worm even though I'd never heard the full song lol.
