Overhead Monorail Conveyor at G.Hermes Machinale Houtbewerking

Take a tour through the production facility at G. Hermes Machinale Houtbewerking B.V., where wooden frames are assembled, painted and finished using the help of our monorail overhead conveyor!
The prepped products are first loaded via drop sections and then carried by a chain conveyor through a spray cabin fitted with an automated Cefla painting robot and rotation unit. Thereafter, the products go through drying zones, until they are unloaded and the finishing touches are added.
Apart from the overhead conveyor system itself, we also integrate barcode scanning and total PLC control, designed in-house, to best suit the customer's needs and increase the overall efficiency of the production process.
