@kanza, if the university requires TOEFL, you have to upload the TOEFL test result. This is very important! However, if you don't have a TOEFL score, you can try your IELTS score. For the second question, I think you will need to return to your country.

Hi, first, I think that your IELTS Score will be converted to the equal TOEFL score and counted as that. As for the 2nd one, I have literally no idea😂
