- This Time Lapse Camera does all the work for you. It can't get any easier for creating high quality time lapse videos. A few settings changed and hit record. Hit stop and the camera creates a nice high quality time lapse video for you. At the end of the video is a 49 second video this camera produced for me over the weekend on my deck. This was at a 30 second interval with 30 FPS setting.

Another tip for focusing: Download FREE software Debut. Within Debut, you can select Network at the top and then Webcam and choose the Brinno from the dropdown. This will display the Brinno view on the screen for accurate focusing.

Just an FYI, if you hold down the OK button while you turn on the TLC200 Pro you will have additional Scene options (Galaxy and Firefly).
What kind of time shooting time factor is the camera shooting at when "ASAP" is chosen?
Hi just to clarify...time / custom settings sets the time when the camera switches on to shoot video, say from preset 1 second , 1 hour !up to every 6 hours in custom mode? Timer..sets the time that the camera will work eg 06.00am -18.00pm?
It can take max 3-5 fps on ASAP mode...and render an output video at 30fps. It cannot take 30 pictures per second though.
How do you focus the lens or is it set to infinity ?
can i use it as action cam on motorbikes?
does it record sound? like if you want to explain what your doing be for you start recording the video?
No audio with this.. you would have to voice over really fast.. mainly made for adding music and really kick butt time lapse at a professional level.
I just got today Brinno TLC 200 Pro. time lapse camera. I want to know how to set camera(FPS) and other setting so it can run for 2-3 months. I am doing construction at my home. I want to continue play camera for 2-3 months.
anil kumar In this case the lower the better, use a lower FPS with longer intervals between shots. This will create a good time lapse over a longer period of time and leave you enough space to do that on your storage card.

Can it be set to only take the pics between dawn and dusk? This would reduce wasting battery and sd storage space with pics at night that will not be of any use. I am a little late to the game but very interested in the Brinno TLC 200 Pro for a new home build.

u can do alot more with a cellphone...i think this is garbage junk of a toy....49 sec video an i phone can do much more than that..
kntwing You wouldn't want to leave your cell phone outside all day or night, and your battery would not last near as long. This is just a dedicated time lapse camera that does really good. You can also house this in a water proof case and take storm footage. I agree new smartphones have a great time lapse feature, but this is a dedicated tool for that.
that why they makes chargers for your phones u can carry out with u no need to lose batteries on your cell.....
Good luck having your phone out in a forest recording a 30 day timelapse.
