We have a two property in Laresidencia, Santa Rosa Silang, where Alden Richard is staying, my dad bought it for 100k last 1989, build the house for 3.5M last 2005, I also bought same lot size on that Subdvsn last 2017 for 1.7M and built the house last 2019 for 3.9M, small but very cozy.
