Plus I'm not combining this from hyourinjutsu animation with vegeta (ssg) vs goku black (ssj4) with this but if it happens to a point and Goku being smart and serious well the arc ended lol

To answer the description, because he didn't master Blue Kaioken yet. The filler episode show ki disorder due to the unstableness of Kaioken with SSB, showing that he won't be able use it more often anytime soon. Even when he did use it against Zamasu, it tired him out.

I think black would not be able to copy it cause its a technique not a tranaformation and you need certain level of exp and mastery of kaioken to even pull it off and black is just zamasu in goku's body so he will not be able to do it
Kaioken is harder to use and maintain. No matter how practiced you are with it, you can't completely eliminate the drawbacks. Super Saiyan doesn't have this issue, nor the other Saiyan forms besides Super Saiyan 3.
@@CalebVela682 super Saiyan is harder because it’s a transformation. Once your body has transformed it has evolved from the space state which means it doesn’t have the same limits as the bass does. It’s harder to access the transformation not harder to maintain it.
