Ralph was/is the best dancer but Bobbie got the most attention with the songs and marketing… that’s a difference
I agree. She didn't teach him "how to" dance, she taught him a different dance style and provided choreography. There's a difference.
Where I disagree is in New Edition's earliest videos, Ralph was clearly the standout performer with Ronnie being next in musicality.

Everybody knows Bobby Brown always knew how to dance. You could say Rosie Perez choreographed his dances for his first solo album. But Bobby Brown was a talented dancer before Rosie Perez came along.

To be fair, Janet's dancing involved a lot of neck moving before Paula. Her song, Dream Street was from her fame days and had Debbie Allen as the choreographer and that was a far cry from how she would evolve in her later days.
"That's the Way Love Goes" by Janet Jackson (the music video) featured Jennifer Lopez; one the the "In Living Color" Fly Girls', just like a Carrie Ann Inaba ("Dancing With the Stars" judge). Rosie Perez was one of the choreographers for that sketch comedy/variety tv series, on Fox TV (Sunday nights): it had a great ensemble cast; what a trailblazing show. Yes, Rosie and J-Lo had a feud against each other; they butted heads (Bronx vs. Brooklyn) = just like some East Coast-based film / Broadway play called "West Side Story," with Rita Moreno.

I don't think so. Those dances Bobby was doing were the popular dances of that time. Everybody from Kid & Play to Vanilla Ice was dancing like that. As a dancer, she may have coached him on the popular dances of that time, but his backup dancers were obviously not trained by Rosie Perez, and I think he threw a lot of his own swag into his dancing.

Those dances were created and popularized in certain cities like New York and then after a couple of years other cities would emulate them. vanilla ice was copying the dancers from new york. bobby brown was taught those dance moves by rosie perez who is from new york.

I make sure others know that too! There’s footage of Daniels performing with others on Soul Train too! U can literally see some Daniel’s in Michael’s certain moves! Michael had a whole package that took him another level! (No hate here whatsoever!)
