They will focus on past incidents/conflicts or assume government decisions are what the citizens truly want/support. There’s violence and issues everywhere but lots of people only see that and forget the humanity of foreigners and the good things of the countries they criticize.

i'm enjoying this show quite a bit ngl. it's also just really cool to see another culture's take on something as american-centric as south park-- and how much the show takes inspiration from SP's older seasons in particular. getting to see stuff like this so easily is why i love the internet, i doubt i'd even know it existed otherwise

Tbh, despite what people are saying about it being a supposed ripoff, I am quite enjoying this. Honestly, I find it hard to call this a knockoff, but rather a case of "imitation is the most sincere form of flattery" for Block 13. Then again, I'm a bit of a weeaboo, and some kind of weeaboo, but for arab stuff.
this show was made as a replacement to South Park. It was banned in middle eastern countries as it "poked fun at Islam" so Block 13 was made as a muslim-freindly replacement and aired in Kuwait,Iran,Iraq and many other countries in this area.The show was a massive sucess but it was sadly cancelled in 2003.

i'm enjoying this show quite a bit ngl. it's also just really cool to see another culture's take on something as american-centric as south park-- and how much the show takes inspiration from SP's older seasons in particular. getting to see stuff like this so easily is why i love the internet, i doubt i'd even know it existed otherwise
