If all rank is considered by ShibuHal then CNR would get dia 1-2 point instead of dia 3-4, and ShibuHal showed both Choco and Roboco as plat players so I believe her highest rank is indeed plat?
@@Lalalin26 he evaluates each participants base on their recent rank, as Roboco reached Dia long before and never really reaches it again, so Shibuharu deems her as Plat 4. As for CNR, both Kuzuha and Kanae dont really climb out of Dia 4-3 but their skill is definitely Master tier, so Shibuharu gives them 7 pts each to balance their team a bit.
