Sweetpea can be very unpredictable, very nasty. Spoiled as a baby and has stayed that way in to adult life. Still breast feeds! My point is, don't let Konthea take Sweetpea's laid back nature as being all. A dangerous Teenager that could damage her face with just one swipe of the claw.
she has been interacting with sweet pea and other monkeys for ATLEAST a few years now. Not to mention she lives among the monkeys. Pretty sure she nows what she getting herself into. Probably more than you think you do.

Sweet pea is not mean spirited, he gets mean because people with cameras follow him around play tricks on him they poke at him try to take food from him and all this to get a reaction for a video. Don’t let anyone fool you they groom him and pet him to get one of the other monkeys to start a fight. So sweet pea isn’t mean just because he can be he’s mean when people do things to him which is done mostly behind the camera. But hey karma’s a bitch and monkeys have a lot of diseases.

У меня сложилось мнение, что эта молодая женщина очень любит макашек, да бывает строга как с не послушными детьми, иначе нельзя. Но посмотрите как они к ней идут легко, без страха, макашки Кантеи очень доверяют. И она им доверяет себя, своего дитя в животике. Если, как пишут некоторые, она издевалась над макашками, то не было бы таких отношений . Макашата как дети, обидишь, запомнят. И вид будет зашуганый,попадались такие видосы. Mommy's adorable big boy is so happy with his second mum kt. But we must not forget his real mommy Popeye as we all know , who had such a hard time rearing him up. He was such a handful n spoiled child. But we r no complaining for so was special n the cutest baby ever. But still a great bravo to poor mommy Popeye.. sweetpea forever !!!

Our family has scars all over our arms taking care of dogs and cats that were stray, abused, matted and filthy. I don’t know how many times we were told we shouldn’t do that because of disease or injury. Sometimes I was pregnant. It didn’t stop me either. I just believed the Lord would take care of us just like I believe this is a gift you have and God will take care of you. Many blessings to you and your family. I have teased my pets also. I don’t call that abuse.💛🧡

KingHaggard I got my taken care of them.💛🧡They can get kinda rowdy when your doing treatments they don’t like. My teasing was playful with my pets like hiding their toys or taken their ball away. They seem to be having a blast. Or hiding.🧡💛
Zenith did you not understand the difference between domesticated dogs and cats and unpredictable wild monkeys? There is a WORLD of difference between risking Toxoplasmosis to care for a cat then you’re pregnant (which is treatable) and putting you and your baby in danger of contracting herpes b, which there are no treatments for and is fatal in humans.

The marbles aren't good for them, obviously. They break their teeth on them, sometimes they are mistaken as food. Just another way the VOs abuse the monkeys. Notice how sweetpea is missing his incisors? Guess who ripped them out... Thankfully, he should be growing his permanent ones as they only pulled his milk incisors. Konthea and her husband. They did it, hopefully you already guessed that.

Im glad Pea was able to find some comfort from a human. He's experienced stalking & abuse by many humans. Now he's in a zoo.
Konthea is a beautiful and loving woman with these monkeys and I’m sure probably also with her own children and the people she holds close to her heart. She exudes a loving & sweet nature that I can recognize even through a you tube video. It’s so apparent that Sweet Pea & his cronies adore her and just melt into her arms. And although other troop-mates like Jack and a few other monkeys often come over to climb into her lap and cuddle with Konthea, especially days she brings snacks:). And Sweet Pea is a total sweetheart about allowing others to get close to her...yet we know and the monkeys also know that K’s heart really belongs to Sweet Pea and vice-versa:)
