Honestly watching this at nice is the best experience. I love how you explained everything before jump in. Gives me jigsaw vibes with the tasks they give you during the trials.
I am very happy for Harry that the game seems to be great. Runs great too. Which shouldn't have to be such a plus since it's supposed to be the bare minimum but ya know games nowadays

Watching you trying to look for batteries while completely ignoring the batteries within the traps you disarmed was physically painful 😭
I hate the fact that one of the psycosis man's lines are: "It's not unheard of for doctors to have sex with their patients. Maybe I should have been a vetrinarian..."
I feel like punshing the fucker in the face, and at the same time it makes me enjoy the Outlast series even more as it never shies away from exposing the dark side of human nature and what can happen if we don't have things like morality, accountability, and empathy to keep us in line (as a species, not induviduals. I know most would never rape an animal even if offered the opportunity, because it's vile and cruel and unforgivable).

abysmal single player experience, why implement it in the first place? to draw SP lover and disgust them? just remove it and everybody would be cool about it.

@@GamingHarry20 it feel like SP shouldn't exist in this game. no balance in SP mode, very minimal story telling. and the horror is immediately gone because the mechanic was so unbalanced and frustrating, the punishing hide and seek moment grow repetitive and tiresome fast rather than make you feel terrify. SP just very underdeveloped and unnecessary. wonder why it include in the first place.
@@caxshen I don't know. I think you might be in the minority when it comes to not having a single player element. That's Outlast entire player base. The majority of the fanbase were actually very concerned that Red Barrels were going to make this a multiplayer only game. I for one, am glad they didn't. There is a great story in there, you just haven't been able to work it out. The connections are all there, to Outlast 1 and 2. And define 'underdeveloped', because if there's one thing this game isn't, then it's underdeveloped. The game literally took YEARS to even get a release date, and was delayed twice.
@@GamingHarry20 i didn't say the whole game is "underdeveloped", i'm merely saying they're putting less effort in SP. in the multiplayer perspective it was a very great game of course, and i didn't say multiplayer is bad, please don't twist my word here. the fanbase were very worrying if it's a multiplayer only game? then they should be more worry now because SP is half-baked at best, unbalanced and toned down story telling, and it has a lot issue like can't play offline or pause the game. even if you idle too long it will reset the level and you can't save in the level. you know what i mean? they didn't even have any QOL for SP mode that's why i'm questioning why including the mode that they don't care. the connection to 1st and 2nd game that you mention here was only "lore" they are talking about, not setting and character wise or even story wise. the actual story telling in this game was very limited and unremarkable, it's a drawback of episodic kinda game. see how people despise assassin's creed valhalla kinda format? because the story segment was very disconnected and irrelevant. here you say there's great story here, i know you're not taking very seriously. in steam NO ONE ever mentioning how good is the story, it's just serviceable, that's not the definition "great". i'm of course was the minority here, people were coming after its multiplayer gameplay wasn't it? but it can't change the fact that current state of SP is suck.
