If you watched the anime previously of read the manga. That's the Gedo statue aka 10 tails and it has the tailed beasts part of it 1-7 hence why their after killer bee and naruto they need the last two the byuki and kyubi (spelling fails I apologize.). So to answer your question the statue has those tailed beast attached to it now instead of it being to a jinchuriki like naruto or killer bee.

Atsuma Leingod i would say no consdiering that it was not created the same way as the other tailed beasts and all the movies i consider like anime filler its not cannon to the storyline so the zero-tail does not actually exist.
