Thanks to the Video Editing Staff at TUC for re-editing and re-uploading the footage of the special talk event. It is now available to watch more seamlessly than the previous one.
I remember some of the voice of Mr. Scorsese was accidentally muted while he recounted his childhood on Live Stream on 04/02/2023!
It is grateful that I could learn Mr. Scorsese's narrative on his childhood gave influence to some of his film works that portrayed the mixture of loneliness, violence, and the peaceful situation in New York; his view on Christianity through his work on Silence as an artist's point of view; his respect for Akira Kurosawa's films - through his own voice. It was enlightening as well as exciting 60 minutes.
Not only Mr. Scorsese, but Mr. Mitani, and Pastor Yamaguchi, afforded me this unforgettable occasion that was one-of-a-kind.

The kind,, compassionate side of this sincere man you wouldn't guess from his more famous violent laden films which it appears was an artistic way of dealing with his own traumatic violent experience.
