This recipe is delicious! I used zucchini as you suggested and I used coconut cream instead of full cream. I also added fresh lemongrass, some lime juice, zero carb noodles and some nuts to make it taste like Thai 😋 Please keep this yummy summer recipes coming! ❤❤❤
Oh boy, looks amazing!! I think I actually have all the ingredient! BTW I absolutely love the new canned LMNT! Very convenient to just grab from the fridge when I'm in a hurry.
As long as you don't go past the smoke point evo is fine to cook with. I use the cheaper stuff in the grocery stlore like Terra Delysssa and the good stuff like Atlas or better for dressing or drinking.
Not really, It’s deveined and shelled. Rinse in a colander before using. You’re not eating it raw, so any microorganisms will be denatured by the heat.
@@ronihyndman678 Any wild caught shrimp is better than farm raised. The problem is not Asian seafood but all poorly farm raised fish that use antibiotics, chemicals that are carcinogenic, or don’t clean their growing pens out well regardless of being from Massachusetts, Maine or Asia. I get my shrimp wild from the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic, and have had some really good ones from the North Sea, Baja California and the West Coast. It’s more expensive than farm raised from anywhere.
I want to go after those brown bits with Sauvignon Blanc. Completing the meal with Victoria's buttermilk biscuits with cheddar & seasoning. All Keto
Yes! That all sounds delicious!!
I was thinking white wine, also. Victoria's biscuits are a great idea!!
Thank you! Trying this tonight.

Yes me too! I like it more than just sparkling water.
Since I am allergic to seafood, I bet this would also be good with chicken. 😊
Yes, it is 😊
I don't like sea food, but that sauce looks delicious. I wonder if chicken pieces would be good in the sauce.
I love fish and sea food, I eat every week, so I am going to try this recipe
I just fry wild caught shrimp in butter.
Yum! That's my go-to way to have it. With some minced fresh garlic too.
WHAT! Canned LMNT? 😍- Michelle

Not true. It has a smoke point of 375 to 400 degrees
It's dirty, make sure it's frozen and not Asian
