You can make shelters out of styrofoam coolers. Tape lid on with duct tape turn upside down laying top on ground , cut cat size hole about 6inches round but make it cut more in center not down all way on bottom that way water won't get in so about 3-4 in. from bottom. Put straw inside or a blanket. U should sit them on top of boards 4inches high n connect to more as to keep them off the ground so no water can rise up n into house. Finally, cover with a waterproof plastic tarp n hold down with bricks top n bottom all around so as not to blow away. Hope this helps...😊😊😊

@@straystreetcats Didn't you give him anything for the pain? I think you hurt him. You should dilute the betadine with saline or water to rince it.. And the wound had to be drained of pus. You're pressing too hard on the wound, whereas you need to press on the extremities for the pus to drain out.
We can see that this cat was only waiting for your help and must have been in a lot of pain !
