These trucks you're building are going to be the only "new" GMT-800's on the road lol. Seriously though, they're beautiful. I love seeing the frames all cleaned up and repainted. Rust makes my eye twitch.
Another great, enjoyable video. From the two parts trucks what else were you able to salvage (on top of what went into the “good” truck) apart from one V6 engine? (I think you said both bodies were rusted out). How many of the 15 tyres from the three trucks were re-usable? Are you building up stocks of petrol again? 😂
Still harvesting parts from the white parts truck, lots of good interior parts and a few other things you'll see in a coming video. The extended cab parts truck I'll keep around for a while longer, I may or may not have purchased another truck yesterday that I can potentially use some parts off of it, even though the body is completely rusted. The tires from the white parts truck are good but one wheel was bent, I put the good tires onto the aluminum wheels from the extended cab parts truck and sold them. Keeping the chrome wheels from the gray single cab on the truck. So I'm left with 4 steel wheels that I'll scrap, and 4 bald tires that I have use for here at the house.
