Will MiSTER Pi - Retro Gaming FPGA Board / Mega Pack still be available? Or will the MiSTER Pi - Retro Gaming FPGA Board / Turbo Pack be sold only in batch 2 as the highest package?
Looks like QMTech just raised the price of their MiSTer by $10 to 169.90. Two available at the time of this posting. Still the cheapest MiSTer option around until Taki starts selling his device.
If he keeps making variations faster than he is being copied I don't think it will matter much. I also imagine he will have made the money he was looking to make by the time it is widespread.
@@gammaphonic It'd take more effort to do than it will now because originally they'd have to design & pay for everything. Once the production line is set up & programmed it's far less effort, it can be moved or sold on. As to Taki's stuff being a copy: it is but a lot of work has gone into it nonetheless and at it's heart is a board that was never intended for FPGA gaming & one that can't otherwise seem keep up with demand.
Thanks for the shoutout at 32:17! Hope you and the fam have a great weekend! ^_^
@@JayrosModShop I'm a big fan of your work #DMGforever
Thanks for another Saturday News bit PCN! The Tunes are on point as usual!
@@_BELMONT_ thanks, I really like that remix.
Like Christmas has come early , getting to play WWF , “brother !” “Ohhhh Yeahhhhh !”
@@33PA33 Enjoy 👍
Thanks for the news mate.
Thanks Tuna, have a great weekend.
I'm not ashamed to admit that I faux-headbang to "The Analogizer!" every time. 😏 It just works.

@pixelcherryninja What ever happened to that Replay FPGA project? Thanks.
It's still going strong.
@@PixelCherryNinja Haven't heard or seen anything from them in a long time.
@skootdiggity1301 they are still very active on their discord.
Is it just me, or is WWF Superstars’s volume extremely low. I have to put my volume to max to get it to sound decent.
I can't remember off the top of my head.
Can I get the dual ram core for Saturn without going to discord?
@@RAGINxxXxxCAJUN that's where it's hosted, I don't any other places.
@PixelCherryNinja That sucks. I can't get on Discord. I sent emails for help, but they ignore me.
@RAGINxxXxxCAJUN send me an email, I'll try and help you out when I get a moment.
@@PixelCherryNinjaHas there been an update to the Saturn dual ram core? What advantages does it have over the single ram core?
I wonder what we will have after the Cyclone V goes end of life. As far as I know it is set to happen early 2026.
So the r/misterfpga video was taken down? What's going on now? 😂😅

That outro music sounds very Thai
It's from Time Bokan Series: Bokan to Ippatsu! Doronbo
If Taki Udon is using AliExpress & China in general I hope he doesn't mind his clone being copied & undercut.
A cheaper clone would be upset about an even cheaper clone?

He is the copy that is under cutting. There has been absolutely nothing stopping Chinese factories churning out budget Mister boards all these years.
@@gammaphonic Also true. He is the Chinese knockoff as you said but a quality and ethical product who would have known.
