Morning Musume is a female chorus group that has been active since 1998. The girls usually hold microphones in their hands and sing while dancing, but this time they refrained from dancing and focused on singing.
Yeah, you're right about their stamina. They performed in Rock In Japan Festival and the audience and fans gave the the title 'stamina obake', literally translated as 'stamina monster'. It was summer, and the girls sang and dance for 50 minutes straight with only 1 minute mc time in the middle. The girls even said that, they turned on the heater in their practice room/dance studio so that it can mimic the summer outdoor condition. Some of the audience were even concern if they're gonna be okay while watching their performance cause it was so hot that day. Luckily, nobody collapsed or dehydrated.
