Mate I'd got my spirit stove and frying pan out when I saw those dabs (I'd have kept the larger pair of those and cooked them on the beach), if you want a steep shingle beach try Chesil, they don't come any steeper than that ... Great video mate and well produced
For what you've spent on bait and tackle I think a trip to the fishmongers would have been cheaper and more productive , a decent fish off the east coast is a rare sight today and getting rarer
Hi great channel as for crimp l have stopped using them I now use silicon rig tube it works great plus you can mover your snoods up and down no damage to your rigs
+Deano Ryan Hi Deano, I know it was a rockling, when I fished as a youngster in Kent we used to refer to them as 'ling as an abbreviated name. Definitely not the same species you catch when fishing over wrecks. Chas :-)

I dont use crimping tool for line damaging reasons,try just normal everyday pliers theyve never let me down
