Hi, Thank you for sharing your Tip about looping from the back, it looks neater I feel. So I going to do this instead of the loop in the front x 😂

Thank you so much for this Lindsi. I've been following your advice from when we chatted and I've seen a huge improvement in my neatness but there's still room for improvement. I am guilty of travelling my threads so will pull myself up on that but I'm glad to hear it's permissable on full coverage because I'm just kitting up my first HAED.
I'm going to keep an eye on these comments to see what others throw in the pot. Thanks again 😊

Hi Lindsi, I hope you are doing well. Your work is absolutely beautiful. Nobody is an expert, but you sure know what you are talking about. One look at your stitching proves it. I learned a lot. (the only thing was I couldn't see everything you were doing) Keep up the great videos. You are helping people. 👏👏👏👏 Stay Safe. Happy Stitching. ❤❤❤❤

Hi Kathy, thank you so much for your kind words, I really appreciate it. I’m sorry you couldn’t see everything - there were moments where I realised I was off screen, still trying to figure out how to film top down like that. Anyway, happy stitching to you too! Xx

Thank you for sharing this video Lindsi.
I use the loop method on my projects, I go down from the front and leave the loop on the front, come up from the back and then put the needle thru the loop that I left on the front. Once I have pulled the thread secure it pulls it underneath and saves me having to turn my project over.
Enjoyed seeing your other methods when using 1 thread. I'm yet to try 1 thread, looking forward to giving it a go.
Take care and happy stitching 🪡🌹

Coming up from the back sounds so much easier - will definitely give that a go. Thank you Judy! Xx

Do you happen to have any videos on your model stitching? I’d love to learn from them by watching. Your pieces are gorgeous and so, so neat. I’m really impressed and want to emulate you!!

Thank you so much for your kind words! I have shown pieces I’ve modelled stitched on my videos before, and I have a video on my channel about how to keep your stitching neat, but I’m no expert by any means. If there’s a specific video you’d like me to do or something you’d like me to talk about I’d be happy to, just let me know xx

I too started young with stitching. I started with embroidery about 10 years old. Would always return to cross-stitch. But something I have noticed as I rotate from each of my crafts. My skills grow from each break and return. I noticed this especially with my 3 main crafts (sewing, crochet and cross stitch). Right now my wrist hurts with crochet so it’s not in rotation)

I feel the same - I used to say I wasn’t very good at knitting but because I’ve kept coming back to it over the years I feel like I’ve really turned a corner with it recently… xx

@@BlushingPinkStitches very understandable! I think it’s great how all of our skills grows on top of each other. You wouldn’t think painting/drawing type craft would be affected or effective towards are thread crafts but it is. Just like your other crafts affects your knitting 🧶. I guess it’s because we exercise that same section of our brain for all the crafts and that could be why. What do you think 🤔
