Anhinga

This anhinga gave us a demonstration of fishing prowess. Anhinga can completely submerge themselves in the water, making them fierce underwater hunters. Once they've speared a fish on that sharp bill, they may head to shore where they work it to the end of the bill and toss it upwards to catch it.
