BABYMONSTER is indeed a QUALITY IDOL. They are above Gen4 idols in skill and performance.
but the SONGS they made into TITLE SONGS such as SHEESH and BATTER UP are still thick BLACKPINK NUANCES.
many FANATICAL FANS cursed me in the comments, they said I was to be insensitive to music and a haters HAHAHA
In fact, it's precisely because I'm a true fan of BLACKPINK AND BABY MONSTER. that's why I know that the 2 songs are BATTER UP and SHEESH still have Blackpink elements like from the previous blackpink songs. even in SHEESH SHEESH SHEESH if you change the word How You LIke That then it will be the same, because the instruments in the SHEESH section are exactly the same as in the HOW YOU LIKE THAT section. And last part look like shutdown blackpink.
instead, I even prefer the songs MONSTER and LIKE THAT from BABY MONSTER,, both songs just REFLECT THE IDENTITY OF BABY MONSTER without being influenced by BLACKPINK.
And you know what makes me laugh? there's a part in Sheesh that reminds me of Jisoo and LISA's vocal hahahahha

We all want BABYMONSTER to have their own colour, so no one can call them a 2.0 of anyone! As a Blink, I really want BABYMONSTER to have their own concept which screams MONSTERS! And Sheesh is the perfect theme and concept of BABYMONSTER core! The haunted, scary and horror background with music combines together! Their styles was so different and new, makeup and everything! That rap line? Oh they slapped me in the face. There’s no top tier vocals and rappers these days until BabyMonster debut. Esp the ending was so good, it’s like a Monsters party and the harmonies reminds me of scary harmonies singing in horror movie! 10/10 this official OT7 debut! I think Batter Up is good to be posted first cuz YG can have some fans opinion, and improve!🤘❤🤘

하지만 SHEESH, BATTER UP 등 TITLE SONGS로 만든 곡들은 여전히 짙은 블랙핑크 뉘앙스다.
많은 FANATICAL 팬들이 댓글로 저를 욕하고 음악에 둔감하고 싫어하는 사람이라고 하더군요 하하하
사실 제가 블랙핑크와 베이비몬스터의 진정한 팬이기 때문이에요. 그래서 두 곡은 BATTER UP이고 SHEESH는 이전 블랙핑크 곡들처럼 여전히 블랙핑크 요소가 있는 것으로 알고 있어요. SHEESH SHEESH SHEESH에서도 How You LIke That이라는 단어를 변경하면 SHEESH 섹션의 악기가 HOW YOU LIKE THAT 섹션의 악기와 완전히 동일하기 때문에 동일합니다.
