My son has been on LDN for already 3 months for alopecia universalis , no hair yet . How long does it take to see improvement. Thank you

Hi Nick, I don't know that LDN alone would fix that. After 3 months, you might want to look into other factors that Dr. Greenberg discusses to do in tandem with the LDN

How do you feel about Quercetin for eczema sufferers? I started it during the year of COVID but stopped b/c I wasn't sure if it would hurt my flare ups. As a matter of fact, I stopped all vitamins for awhile b/c I began to wonder for people who have an overactive immune system, am I just hyping it up and will have a major flare?

So if you have a Histamine Overload issues, then Quercitin could be helpful. That said, I wouldn't describe someone who has eczema as having an overactive immune system. Vitamins could be very beneficial depending on what your nutrient stores look like. Eczema can be partially due to inflammation triggered by internal microbiome dysbiosis.
