- The loss of my first son was one of the most significant events of my life. I bring it up to honor him, and to share the gift of gratitude he taught me. We never know when things can change, for the better or for the worse. To live in gratitude for each moment, and everything it holds, as much as possible, is how I celebrate this life that I am grateful to have.
Rowan, your tribute to your son is the best way to keep his memory alive. As you said with a loss there is growth and understanding with life there is loss. You are in my thoughts today❤

I can so relate to your loss of a child! I lost my " Christina" in a car accident we were in 30 years ago on August 13, 1994! I'm so blessed and grateful to have my youngest daughter 28 year old " Jessica" , my miracle baby! I'm 54 and still wishing for grand baby! Thanks Rowan for sharing your story! xo
Rowan you should keep a log if what you cook snd ingredients of what worked. Then someday with your drawings put a cookbook together. I also thought pressing the leaves with the drawing woukd be cool. That pumpkin dish looked over the top🎉🎉❤yummmy

Rowna, My mother is 94 years old and had two babies die suddenly. It's something that she will always mourn .You are an incredibly strong woman and your tribute to your boy is beautiful.
I am so sorry for the loss of your son. My daughter’s beautiful daughter was born prematurely in March 2024 and she did not survive. I am deeply grieving both for the loss of Violet and the pain of my daughter and son in law, which I cannot ease. I found your channel a comfort over these past months, even though I had no idea the loss you had suffered. You sense of calm, kindness, and sweet spirit drew me to you. So sorry for both your losses…I lost a Daughter Larissa (stillborn at 26 weeks) 41 years ago ….i still visit her grave regularly ….it never changes …🇦🇺🦋

I lost a granddaughter to SIDS at 10 months. She was a premie and had just been taken off the heart monitor. She never woke up from her nap.😢 I now have a special angel 👼 that I will see again someday ❤

Where ever you are, the leaves are so beautiful! A lovely tribute to your baby boy. I lost my firstborn inutero. I was about 5 days away from my due date when all movement stopped. Very devastating but it must have been much harder for you to have had your baby for a month. I’m so sorry for your loss.❤

I don’t think I can have faith, trust or anything in others. I’ve been living in my horse trailer x 1 yr now and sometimes feel safe. All I can do is stay to myself and not make any ripples in the river if life. I’m like a stray dog, there but not wanted, anywhere.

Loved seeing the farm. Screw top gallon jars like bulk condiments come in are great for keeping critters out of your dry foods, and should be handy for your gray water situation, and you can usually get them free from friends in a restaurant kitchen. You’d be surprised how many ziplocks of rice, cereal, pancake mix, etc fit in one.
