Beloved Jayasara 🥰 what a huge expression of self love ❤️ thank you with 🙏🏾 three bows to your grace! Laying in my hammock under the night sky, noticing all of the elements in my body and the earth’s body. Watching stars emerge and fireflies reminding me of the impermanence of this samsaric experience. Longing to be one with the nabi returning to the formless void within the vast horizon of eternity. Om!
Thank you! I found this meditation extremely interesting. I will come back around to use it many times in the future. I always enjoy listening to your voice and the clarity you bring to the teachings.
What a simple and clear way of understanding ourselves to be. The closest thing and the most identified with was the body,With this meditation that comes to an end, cause you cannot argue against being 99.9% space, then how can I be the body if I’m mostly space. When these four separate elements move exist and dissolve in the space. Therefore what’s left is this infinite conscious space that I am. I am immensely grateful ,can’t thank you enough for the love and the Clear understanding you bring with these readings. May we all come to know the truth.🙏❤️
Thank you Sister, I was in hospital for a few days with a chest infection. Very aware of the body, practice was my refuge, This was a timely meditation for me at home now and healing. Sadhu Sadhu Sadhu

Dear Samaneri, Although your All meditation instructions are very good and helpful. But can you please make a instructions on Vipassana Meditation to all of us. Thank you.
This is a guided Vipassana meditation! Vipassana means insight or literally "seeing into." This meditation is inviting you to see into the elemental nature of the body. Mr Goenka's retreat instructions focus mainly on the practices of anapanasati (breath meditation) and vedananupassana (mindfulness of feeling tones). However, these are just 2 of the factors of mindfulness as taught by the Buddha. If you listen to (or read) the Satipaṭṭhāna sutta as taught by the Buddha it might be helpful for you to understand the full path of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness which are incredibly deep and wide in their scope. You can find my reading for meditation here: ruclips.net/video/khbmIDZyE9s/видео.html&ab_channel=SamaneriJayas%C4%81ra-WisdomoftheMasters They include the aspects that are taught in the Goenka style vipassana retreat but go much deeper. As you will hear, they include the contemplation on the elements of the body that constitutes the meditation on offer in this recording. Unfortunately, the meaning of the word 'Vipassana' and the full practice of the 4 foundations of mindfulness have been misunderstood and miscommunicated due to these 10 day retreats. You need to investigate the Buddha's teaching more deeply to understand how 'vipassana' is not merely limited to observing sensations in the body. This is simply something Mr Goenka has emphasised as it was helpful for him. Hope that helps clarify
@@SamaneriJayasara ven. Jayasaraji, in addition to the 10-day retreats of S N Goenkaji's, his tradition also has advanced Sattipatthana courses, where all the 4 foundations of Mindfulness are discussed and elaborated by him. As these are at a more subtle, deeper level, one is eligible for these Only after completing atleast 3 regular 10-day courses( plus atleast 2 years of regular practice). Though the actual practice stays with the "body sensations", which are used to investigate all the 4 Mindfulness foundations of Body, Mind, Feelings and Dhammas🙏🙏
I've meant to leave a comment a couple times in the past.... This is a really cool meditation! Can't say I've heard another quite like it. I wish this style was a bit more popular, I can't help but feel like most people would benefit, I personally find it very very grounding. My ego can't do a lot within this elemental framework
I feel like when I do the kind aimed at realizing the highest Self and things like that my ego just has a field day with ..in other words all manner of bizarre and grandiose thinking can occur in some conceptual styles of meditation. But not with this, this gets me to where I really need to be. In this body.
Look at the Wolfram Physics project to see the connnections between Space (atoms of space), consciousness and how general relativity and quantum mechanics arise just from space bounded by a conscious oberver
In Advaita Vedanta, the metaphor of the rope looks like a snake because it’s not seen “ clearly”. Implication is look “carefully” ( assume that various “ conditions” distort clear seeing, see through these conditions to the truth) And you will see yourself as “ That”. “You are that” implies look “within” to awareness, being aware, of being aware- Ramana said if you take 1 step towards the Self, the Self will take several steps towards you. Buddhism in the Sattipatana approach seems to focus on “ impermanence” , “emptiness” of the “Self” and “unsatisfactory”nature of mind body existence, presumably to take inquiry to same destination as Advaita- to the hard and fast “knowledge” that what I Am is eternal limitless consciousness. Which approach is superior?
Anything and everything can arise within your consciousness when you start to meditate. No need to ask why. Things simply arise due to conditions and conditioning processes. Simply notice and note - "Now sexual desire is arising in me." Don't judge, condemn, repress or deny it. Don't indulge it or analyze it. Simply notice from a state of detached witnessing and have patience and compassion for whatever arises. Be aware, whatever is of the nature to arise will cease.

Sky seems like a place holder element. Usually seen as the quintessence or void, either. Maybe functionally similar if sky represents expansiveness.
