These Hi Tec Hanna Barbera cartoon licensed games were impressive enough for their time. Granted some were better than others but they all captured the spirit of the cartoons quite well visually. Haven't seen this one before though. It looks quite repetitive but it also looks like it offers some good fun in short bursts.
Exactly like you say, its decent to play in small bursts... but once you've completed a level - you've pretty much seen all that the game had to offer really. Shame 😇🕹️👌
I had a Hanna Barbera compilation box, back in the day. This one was, sadly, not in it. It had Top Cat, Yogi Bear's Great Escape, Hong Kong Phooey, and Ruff and Reddy. I think I would have liked this game more than those, actually.
KABONG 🪕! There are some Hanna-Barbera cartoon tie-ins, i have played on my Commodore 64 and Amiga 500 😺👍🕹️ - and some, i haven't 😹. QUICK DRAW McGRAW is a legendary cartoon series 😺👍. And the Commodore 64 game looks nice 😺👍🕹️. It's a shame, it has never came for the Amiga.
Another one I haven't played. A shame they didn't do more with what they had because frankly, it looks kind of fun. With very fluid gameplay compared to a lot of sluggish C64 games. I think I quite would have liked this one back in the days..
Very easy to pick up and play. Its a shame because not long after this I'm sure I was introduced to the Amiga... so in one respect, it was games like this that were sort of a parting gift for the transition between the C64 and the Amiga... I did enjoy this game and even remember buying it. But, admittedly it didn't hold my attention for all that long 😇🕹️👌
Yeah, as soon as you've completed level 1 it pretty much loops and is the same on all 4 levels apart from different colours really. Was decent for a budget game, but for 1991 I thought it could have much more depth 😇🕹️👌
I had one of my weirdest gaming memories playing this as a child. For no apparent reason, I decided to simultaneously press fire, M and the space bar at the same time. Doing so skipped levels. Not sure if this was some glitch in the matrix or just the Mandela effect, haven't tried it since then or found any record of this being a cheat online.
I think I've discovered a lot of bugs and easter eggs in games by accident, but never a level skip cheat - the only problem in this game is that all the levels look identical! Haha 😇🕹️👌

Yeah this would have been a good addition to the compilation, was a very late game for the C64 😇🕹👌

Yeah it's a shame it didn't get an Amiga release with 16-bit graphics. Could have been an awesome game 😇🕹👌
Never heared of that one before but it looks nice.
Yeah its an easy game to pick up and play to pass some time, gets a little repetitive after you've completed a level though 😇🕹️👌
not seen this one before
Yeah this game was one of the layer ones to be released, It was very close to when I got my first Amiga 😇🕹👌
