I always thought Japan has the best music... There's no-one in this world, who'll be able to convince me otherwise. I love japanese pop and RnB (like Ichika Nito) and now this. I should just visit Japan asap
The level of these eight musicians is absolutely phenomenal. Watching and listening to The Jazz Avengers is pure pleasure for my eyes and ears. This band is pure perfection.
Right? This was great to watch and also tough. With all the great musicians on stage it was hard to choose who to watch, but it was especially hard no not take your eyes off of Senri.
Seriously? That horn section can give Tower of Power a run for their money. Outstanding musicians, everyone of you. Very cool, very soulful, very funky - I couldn’t smash that subscribe and like button fast enough.

Yep, people don't realize that the drummer makes the band. Regardless of chops, if the drummer doesn't have time and pocket, everyone else is wasting their effort.
I have now listened to this song about fifteen to twenty times. Each time I listened, I heard something different than the times before. For the last few times, I listened with my eyes closed, not wanting to have any visual distractions. In doing so, it helped me concentrate and focus more on just the music. I can then just greatly enjoy the music and the musicianship. There are many aspects of this song to observe and highlight, but I want to share some of my thoughts. My most favorite songs are those thaty have a distinct start, middle and ending. This song was played and delivered masterfully from start, middle and to the end. This was definitely an awesome performance. (After listening to this song about the eighth time, I realized that each band member is also a fine musician. This is further supported that there are other YT videos of the band members featured as solo acts of playing with other groups.) One's eyes can easily cause a viewer to primarily focus on the front sax players who are all captivating with the solos, duets and fun battles. Still, the drum, bass, guitar and keyboard players are all outstanding too. These supporting players shine very brightly! I also played in an band many years ago. And one of the most enjoyable aspects of playing in a band is having fun. These ladies seem to have a great deal of fun which, I belive, is a critical element of great bands. TJA is indeed a GREAT band! To TJA, I sincerely thank you for for this fantastic contribution to great music. I wish you all much continued success!! P.S. I now added a new entry on my "To-Do" List, hoping to see you perform live one day too!

One great measure of a band, is when the musicians have such a mastery of their respective instruments, that when they get together...they don't just make music...they produce Joy, and it shows in their faces and their performance...love listening to all of you...Please don't stop playing together...🎉
