I work in a watch and clock repair shop where we have hundreds of clock running and chiming. Noon is an absolute event. After so many years around them I no longer really hear them unless one of them is doing something it shouldn't.

The Mexican pieces are beautiful. We dont see them very often in the UK. However, i did see (and pick up) some birds from Chile that i recognised because of your video. i told the lady in the charity shop and she decided to buy the one that i left behind!

Here in Maine the GWs is so expensive and not much selection or lots of broken items... finding so much more in antique shops and large flea markets

Paperweights are under estimated I love finding them the simple round style is less cluttered to display I look for short wooden round pillar candle stands to display them...very pretty on my fireplace mantle

Ummmm, this may be a silly question; BUT, about the large blue & white "wall pocket" at about 5:50: "Drainage hole?!" How would that work out hanging on a wall? Take it down, water it, prop it in something to keep it upright to drain properly, then RE-hang, PLUS hope no more residual delayed draining happens & dribbles down your wall?! IDK! 🤔That's the only thing I could think of, but it seems like an awful lot of trouble, even for a beautiful plant! That's just me, tho, & I love plants! So I was just wondering how that would work! 😂🥰

Marigold iridescence has gotten unflattering reviews only because of the 1960s and 70s poor quality pieces produced. The antique carnival pieces you selected have the richness and iridescence it was meant to have originally. Carnival glass has the potential for a come back if someone promotes it and does a little educating. A cabinet full of carnival glass is a show stopper. Thanks for promoting antiques too!
