    Dear, Gratitude for sharing your valuable knowledge, humble request if you can share some emergency points for sudden cardiac arrest in young people between age of 30 to 40, even heart doctors themselves are getting and dying, before the cardiac arrest they are getting high acidity attack and bloating. 🙏🙏🙏

    The chest one gives such a cosy feeling. And works just with one hand. (stroke survivor left side) the head massage not so effective with one hand so will skip that one. Unless you can suggest a modification for us living with disability. Thank you very much for the tips :)
