- Baked sourdough buns, poppy seed and cottage cheese filling.
Sourdough:
700 g plain flour
300 g semi-coarse flour
150 g granulated sugar
100 g of butter
280 ml of milk
1 whole egg
1 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of vinegar 9%.
Yeast:
200 ml of water
42 g fresh yeast
1 teaspoon powdered sugar, 4 tablespoons flour.
Mix yeast, sugar, water and flour.
Cover and let the yeast rise for about 15 minutes.
Warm the milk, sugar and butter slightly.
Add salt, mix flour and add to sourdough.
Mix the egg into the lukewarm milk and add to the flour.
Mix, grate the lemon peel and vinegar.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
Cover and leave to rise for 40 minutes.
Poppy filling: put 100 ml of milk, 50 g of sugar, 1 vanilla sugar, poppy seeds in a saucepan.
Let it boil.
Season with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and lemon zest.
Cottage cheese filling: mix 500 g of slightly lumpy cottage cheese.
Add 4 spoons of sugar, 1 vanilla and 1 yolk.
Season with lemon zest.
Roll out the leavened dough and cut into equal squares.
Fill with stuffing, connect and place on a baking sheet.
Leave to ferment for 10-15 minutes.
Brush with yolk (1 yolk 1 teaspoon of milk).
Bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.

Agi, buchty máš excelentné. Sú krásne, mäkkučké a zaručene chutia skvele. Nemám čo vytknúť, opäť si dokázala že si vynikajúca gazdinka
