Do you have like a special plan, tactic, routine or something to address it or it is just something that doesn't bother you at all and you just handle it randomly? I know having a backlog is hard -almost impossible- thing to complete but having a backlog with mostly JRPG's (like my own backlog) it's a pretty crazy thing to accomplish.
