I love your creative journaling process (as always😜) This May I am making “time for myself” a priority and showing myself more compassion and self love. As an enneagram 9 I tend to “please others” more at the expense of my feelings. So I vow to prioritize my heart attitude and be aware of not brushing my feelings aside. I am also NOT going to put so much pressure on myself to make long elaborate journal entries so using your method of journal prompts and small journaling bits is much more sustainable and will be a better FLOW for me.
