I rly like your covers, but I think you should start by doing the vocal version first so that you can see how it fits while building the instrumental around it. Cuz sometimes it fills like your just adding the voice to the track as an afterthought and it's noticeable that it doesn't fit with the melody as well as it would otherwise do considering your skill level. Also, it's not the first time I think this but the voice is definitely a little too low compared to the instrumental. The vocals are usually the central point for a reason, as in a way it is the most delicate instrument. While I do love the instrumental you built, it will sound better as a background track than if it is drowning out the voice. Just trying to give some constructive criticism, keep in mind that I usually avoid wasting time writing comments on RUclips so this just goes to show how much I like your tracks and the potential I see in them.
