This was a perfect message for me today. I AWOKE @ 3:30am, tossing & turning, beginning to slide into overwhelm. I decided I would meditate and came across your message.
Thankyou for affirming the release of the old. It was trying to cling on to keep me safe. To prevent the new beginnings from arising. Journaling next to get clarity.
