What is the perfect time to go to eat ( breakfast and dinner)? I mean the hours when there aren't many people

Hi, sorry for late reply, I didn't notice the comment until now, we were going to breakfast around 8am and to dinner around 7pm every day and there weren't that many people. And the dining room is very big, so I guess it wouldn't be crowdy there also at different hours
