It goes like this: Ginko, a samurai woman from an old era of Japan where medieval combat was the only means. Ginko is practically a genius at combat with no one able to beat her, to a point where it's superhuman. Because of this though, she's long wished for death in one-on-one combat. After a while of no one able to beat her and being depressed about it. She prayed to Buddha to send her to a world where she could die in one-on-one combat. And what do ya know, she got transported to another world in answer to her prayers. Now she lives in another world-a fantasy world to defeat all kinds of does in hopes to die in battle. And that's basically it. It's really great I definitely recommend you and everyone else to check it out!

Not really? Sonic frontier only implied that Eggman felt a connection with sage almost to that extent but we all know Eggman, right? It's basically if metal Sonic gained sentience to an extent of Sage and still was loyal regardless of what Eggman did.
