Good work! Whenever I take these I naturally start running out of time too and start using more intuition to get close to the right answer, and you’ll get them right more often if your intuition is sound :)
Yeah, but as I said it is not accurate and my real IQ is probably significantly lower than this result. I’m pretty good at pattern recognition in simple, closed systems which is very helpful on a test like this.
@@ASMRChess Give yourself some credit! Even just watching your videos and the way you talk and reason, I can tell you are one of the smartest people I know (I guess I don't exactly "know" you, but, at least, the smartest I've seen)
Hey I watch a ton of your videos and love em! Thank you for helping me enjoy chess even for just a little bit. (I suck at it.) Will you make "top 30 basic chess principle need to knows from simple to complex" type videos? again, thank you for making these videos as i'm sure it takes a lot of effort!
Number 23 - I compared the bottom condition 2 flats and a curve in rows and columns and the top condition closed, slightly open and fully open to arrive at E and you are just like . . . we're just going with E
29 was incorrect I think, you're substituting each line of the shape in column one with the characteristics of the line in column two. Column two row three is a wiggly line rotated 45* so you needed to rotate the square in column one 45* also, so B was the correct answer.
A simpler explanation for 20, is that all of the diff colour shapes fill in the petals without overlapping, so C is the right option. The "bishop" looking may have been either a happy coincidence, or a secondary pattern. Either way, super fun vid :D
He's just randomly chosen half of answers and was incredibly lucky to choose the right one often. Your explanation is correct. I got it right too. He didn't understand the pattern but just got lucky and chose the right one :)
I think the “secondary pattern” is contained in the actual pattern, given the arrangement of the petals. I definitely didn’t see the real pattern beneath in either case though.
A genius slowing down his answers for his audience to have content so he can earn income via RUclips is genius…. And being observed by other geniuses who know what he’s doing? Lots of genius happening here
I scored 132+ online on this exact test but on their supervised test I got 128. Wrote it twice. I feel like they bait you to pay for the supervised test by giving people a slightly inflated score.
I personally think it is more likely that the supervised test is broader and therefore harder. Was the supervised test like this one or did it contain different kinds of puzzles?
@@ASMRChess I would say the biggest difference is that it was black and white so yes there are also other styles of patterns that are unlike the online test. Both times there were like 5 questions i didnt have time to figure out or didn't know the answer to but in retrospect maybe I should have just answered them all anyway instead of leaving them blank as I did.
This guy has singlehandedly given me motivation to maintain a healthy sleep schedule lol. Also, I absolutely love your voice and your accent 🫶

Cool! Fun to see a different video style!
135 IQ is WAY above average bro jeeezzz. We got Einstein over here

A rare non-chess video, surprising but still welcome. You did pretty well on the test.

This is fun! I'm sure it was hard to think fast and talk slow
I got 117. It also says if you're over 30 to increase the score which is good for me lol
Love the vids keep it up ❤
I really hope you can do a ASMR video about the Alapin Variation of the Sicilian Defence

I liked the idea of the video 👏 have a wonderful sleep to everyone
Are you going to play against Stockfish again? Always enjoyed your computer chess videos the most.
Love your content ❤
I’m thinking about it yeah :)

That was also more or less the process that went through my head - but it can be hard to verbalize for me sometimes.

Yeah I believe you are right
perfect timing
Wow, chess looks different than I remember. Fun vid regardless.
Ive juste done that test now and got 133 QI so close but not close enough
This was a cool idea
