Nah, Aegon and Sunfyre were the better duo. Daeron and Tessarion held shit down too.
Ironically Sunfyre and Aegon killed more dragons and they were more fierce than the dragons bigger than him during the dance of the dragons
Wish the women in this show were as fiery and ambitious as their book counterparts were. They would be so much more interesting.
The women's in the show seem more developed in the show that in the book ( at least season 1)
Rhaeynera and Helena are more in depression and passive
@@flavius5722 i don't disagree with that. The same can be said for the men in the show. But I am talking about ambitions and that Targaryen wrath which seems to be watered down in the show. Like Rhaenyra having Vaemond killed more brutally. Rhaenys wanted war as soon as the greens took the throne. Rhaenyra was more outraged and wanted to burn the greens to the ground as well. Alicent being more vicious. I like that they made all the characters in the show more human. But the showrunners seem to run with the narrative that all the men are so worked up because of their egos and ambitions but the women are just these gentle and peaceful humans who get overthrown by the dumb men in their lives. The women in this show don't seem to have ego at all.. let's be honest.. ego is a very important part of human nature. It's just a stereotype being thrown into the show whereas that wasn't the case in the books. The women were more interesting in the books because those flaws were more interesting and visible. In the show, wanting peace just comes across as being dumb.

We are in a an era of strong and Independent women, making them lust for power and destruction would make the woke era people question why are women made to look like villains.. no no no women are strong and independent, not villains
Still amaze me that the greens almost won despite only using 3 dragons and have much lesser support from other houses
They actually had more support from houses. The entire westerlands, the entire Stormlands and at least half of the Reach. Most of the Reach stayed neutral like House Tyrell. And then half the houses of the Riverlands. The blacks had most of the Crownlands, the Vale, and 2000 Northmen. But the time the North could do a larger muster the fighting was done. But those 2000 old beards fucked the greens up.

Team Green held shit down. Outnumbered in houses, outnumbered in armies, outnumbered in dragons - and they still gave Team Black a good fight. Team Green was basically just three teenagers (Aegon, Aemond, and Daeron) making Team Black stressed.

@@flavius5722 Aegon legitimate bloodline died with his daughter she had no kids. It’s Daemon and Rhaenyra blood that sat the throne. The greens won in name because Aegon II is the king team black won in blood.

They also had House Lannister and the Westerlands (50-55k) the two largest armies. Blacks had Stark (45), Arryn (45) and Velaryon which wasn’t much since the Crownlands itself only has about 10-15k. Oh and also if they wouldn’t have taken out Rhaenys in Rook’s Rest the war would’ve been over, Vhagar and Aemond saved Aegon.

Daeron was mentioned by Otto Hightower on the show after he was removed as Hand of the King. He says he's in Old Town.

Silverwing and Sheepstealer also survived. There's also morning but she was born during the dance

I mean they also had to call in 3 of the richest cities of Essos and crippled their nations Navy but worth it I guess. And even still they didn't have enough to match the Black Forces

Just remember the part when our King and his Golden beast made a bbq out of your Queen. In a way you won, cuz rhaenyra was so bad of a meal, Sunfyre died soon after from food poisoning

Vhagar is literally the biggest LIABILITY to the greens she can barely fly got hit multiple times by an infant dragon with no experience and the first battle she had in the dance she died it would’ve been better to just leave her in the pit to die than let her fight
Vhagar is there at Rook's Rest and kills Meleys. That's the first battle in the war. And yeah, Vhagar dies at the God's Eye, but so does Caraxes. Daemon always knew that a 1 on 1 fight against Vhagar would be a Kamikaze move.

The whole point is that literally everyone gets killed.
It’s been confirmed that the 3rd brother does exist in the House of Dragons. Not sure when or how they plan to have him show up but it was confirmed by some of the cast.
Edit: He was mentioned in the S2E2 of HOTD! He is in Oldtown doing his studies.
