Loved this tutorial thanks! I’m going to attempt this for my lbs 1st bday this month. I wonder if you would do a tutorial to cover a ‘1’ shaped cake with icing? Thanks!

Great video thank you. What do I need to buy to harden the fondant? I’m in the UK. Can I make this 1 week in advance before making the cake or will it go off? Thank you.

I can't wait to do this next week for my little mans first birthday along with Makka Pakka and Upsy Daisy! Just wondering if you have a materials used list? Did you add anything to your fondant? I've been advised on adding gum paste or Tylose to my fondant to make it set/harden. Great video! X

Thank you so so much for this! Excellent video, can't wait to do it myself next month. Is there any possibility of you making a tutorial for Upsy Daisy and Macca Pacca?

Do you use ready to roll fondant? I've just got the renshaws one and tryed to colour it like you do and mine was really sticky. brilliant video I'm going to try this as soon as I can get my fondant right.

M Nally I do use ready roll. I find Asda's own fondant is my favourite to work with. It's really nice and smooth and doesn't get sticky as long as you don't try to use it with wet hands! Good luck and thanks for the comment!

Mrs BeeBakes thank you for getting back to me. there's me buying an expensive one and I could have got a cheaper one from asda. I will give that a try, do u use cmc to your fondant?

M Nally yes I do. Either CMC or gum trag. I prefer the taste of the asda one as well! 😁
