Visiting Timisoara as the first city in Romania isn't quite like going to Andorra, rather like visiting Krakow as the first city in Poland. Also keep in mind that telling people from Timisoara that Cluj-Napoca is your favorite city isn't the best idea, we romanians are very narcisistic and that would anger most of the locals.
