As a professional property developer I can tell property needs the following renovation work: 1) All kitchens need to be ripped out and modern units re-installed. 2) All eleven (11) bathrooms need to be ripped out and renovated. 3) All the floors are substandard - they need to be tiled or terrazzo (that is a lot of square footage) 4) Ceiling is old fashioned. It needs to be ripped out and updated with POP style. 5) Roof probably needs substantial work (could detect areas of leakages). 6) Extensive landscaping work needs to be done. 7) All round painting for all buildings - both interior and exterior 8) Windows (louvres) are not to my taste - to be replaced with Aluminium sliding windows in main house. 9) Windows in other chalets need to be updated with new mosquito nets . 10) All door need some servicing (locks, handles, polish etc) 12) Inevitably, much plumbing work to be done and electrical fitments need to be updated. 11) To make it a high end home, you need water heaters, Split unit ACs and appliances. Just my opinion.

Asking $360k USD and it still needs top to bottom renovation?? From what I am looking at, it will cost another $120k to $!50k USD to renovate the entire compound. Buyer is looking at possibly spending $500k USD in total acquisition cost alone, minus the paperwork and titling cost. Oh wow!
